"ETIPRINT" adapts to HEIDELBERG platen presses (the most widely used machine in the printing world).

"ETIPRINT"uses the performance of the platen press to print in UV ink, hot stamping and embossing according to the equipment chosen.

"ETIPRINT"benefits from avant-garde technology which provides for exceptional profitability and reliability, easy implementation and identical plating times as for sheet-by-sheet.

"ETIPRINT"needs a relatively low investment.
It provides the printer with the opportunity to respond to all label printing needs in a continuous fashion and to penetrate large markets currently undergoing full expansion.
Identification takes place by fibre optics which detect the edge of the label to the nearest tenth of a millimetre. The positioning of the eye takes place by means of micrometric adjustment.

A motorised unwinding stand controls the tension and the height of the band.
The labels may be rewound in their original order if need be, by means of the main motor. The control console with its digital display includes three screens.
- The first has a 4-digit counter and determines the number of labels to be printed on, i.e. a maximum of 9999.
- The second indicates the number of labels to be printed simultaneously (maximum of 9 labels). The third positions the print on the label with a display divided into tenth of a millimetre increments.

Indispensable for use of the "ETIPRINT" printing with UV inks. This guarantees immediate drying preventing any risk of the labels running when being rolled.
Three levels of intensity: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3.
