The "ETICUT 800" Cutter
			The "ETICUT 800" is an automatic machine for the cutting of labels. It is computer controlled and the die cuts under hydraulic pressure. It is capable of cutting paper, cardboard, PVC and more!

With the "ETICUT 800" the web advances with the help of a clamp attached to a ball screw and piloted via NC controls and a LVD(Low Voltage Drive) speed regulator with a Brushless servomotor which ensures accurate positioning within 0.01 m. The position of each label may be corrected to within a tenth of a millimetre by an operator's console using clear language and equipped with a DIALOG 80 LCD screen. A side guide, controlled by a wheel with micrometric adjustment and locking, controls the position of the web throughout the process, in order to guide it with great precision under the die. A counter-guide ensures that the web stays along the side guide.

The tightening capacity of the "ETICUT 800" tool holder means that all tools may be used, with or without cutters. The rotation of the die takes place by means of a micrometric screw on a turret which ensures the perfect positioning of the tool. When the die descends, this is also controlled by a cell which is adjusted by a micrometric screw and guarantees the perfect cutting of all sheets without altering the tool on the rotating cutting plate. Once cut, the labels move up a guideway at the end of the die, and this facilitates the operator's task of recovering the labels while the waste falls into a waste collection basket. The "ETICUT 800" may also collect the labels by auxiliary delivery when the die is used with an ejector. The "ETICUT 800" functions at a speed of approximately 50 cuts per minute. The "ETICUT 800" uses approximately 20% less paper and reduces a large amount of time spent using the trimmer, reducing the risk f accumulated errors caused by multiple cuttings before going on to subsequent stages of the process.
